Wisdom tooth extraction
What is Wisdom tooth extraction?
Wisdom teeth usually erupt in the oral cavity between the ages of 16-25 years. In some people, wisdom teeth may create problems at 30-40 years of age.
If patient is going through the wisdom tooth eruption phase and experience pain then extraction of that wisdom tooth is needed. Removal of wisdom tooth mostly includes surgical tooth extraction as maximum amount of tooth structure is impacted inside the bone. Surgical tooth extraction is different from normal tooth extraction as it involves the cutting of the gum and if required bone removal/cutting and tooth sectioning is also done to remove the tooth from the socket.

Our process
Wisdom tooth extraction is a common dental procedure involving several key steps. Initially, a thorough assessment, including X-rays, determines the tooth’s position and any potential complications. Next, anesthesia is administered to ensure a pain-free experience. The dentist or oral surgeon carefully removes the wisdom tooth, often with a small incision. After extraction, the area is cleaned and, if necessary, stitched up. Finally, post-operative care instructions are provided to promote healing and minimize discomfort, ensuring a successful and comfortable wisdom tooth removal.
