Smile transformation and replacement of missing teeth
A young lady came to us with the complaint of congenital missing upper front teeth of both sides and retroclined upper incisors and rotated canines of both sides.

Treatment Undergone:
Patient was not ready for orthodontic treatment and she wanted a quick solution for the problem.
Hence she was advised for smile transformation with zirconia crown and bridge fixation. Root canal treatment was done in upper central incisors and canine as the alignment and inclination of those teeth were also needed to be corrected.
After that the teeth preparation was done and measurements were recorded for the final prosthesis and temporary crown was given to the patient. Once the trial and scaling polishing was done successfully, the final zirconia crown and bridge fixation was done from upper right canine to left canine to replace the upper lateral incisors and to correct the alignment of the front teeth.

Duration of Treatment:
2 weeks including root canal treatment, scaling and polishing, temporary crown preparation, trial and final prosthesis fixation.
Dentist in Charge:
Dr. Sankho D Santra and Dr. Gargi Chatterjee
